Eight hours, priced as a block and not as a meter
The overnight is one figure covering eight hours for a single guest with one therapist, printed as its own line on each profile. It is not the hourly rate left running until somebody notices. That matters because a night charged by the hour makes a guest watch the clock, and watching the clock is the one thing this booking is designed to remove. Two therapists for one guest through the night carry a block of their own, and so do a couple sharing one therapist and a couple with a therapist each. Those four blocks are the whole table, and none of them moves for the day of the week or for the hour the block starts. Half confirms it, so one half of the block goes ahead and its twin is settled once she is in the room.
